Zauj\u00edmaj\u00fa n\u00e1s hlavne lok\u00e1lne aplik\u00e1cie t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa veget\u00e1cie a vodn\u00fdch zdrojov. Na\u0161e najnov\u0161ie odborn\u00e9 znalosti sa t\u00fdkaj\u00fa monitorovania miest, v\u00fdvoja pokrytia veget\u00e1ciou, varovania pred suchom alebo vyh\u013ead\u00e1vania tepeln\u00fdch ostrovov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-radius: 30px;\" src=\"https:\/\/atri.mtf.stuba.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/20250517_144343-1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monitorovanie veget\u00e1cie v&nbsp;meste<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V r\u00e1mci projektu Interreg &#8222;Dru\u017eicov\u00fd monitoring regi\u00f3nu ako podpora verejnej spr\u00e1vy pri adapta\u010dn\u00fdch strat\u00e9gi\u00e1ch na klimatick\u00fa zmenu&#8220; (NFP403201DJK6) sa venujeme monitoringu miest. Vyu\u017e\u00edvame dru\u017eicov\u00e9 d\u00e1ta z&nbsp;programu Copernicus a sledujeme koncentr\u00e1ciu chlorofylu a jej v\u00fdvoj v&nbsp;\u010dase. Cie\u013e je h\u013eada\u0165 citliv\u00e9 miesta z&nbsp;h\u013eadiska klimatickej zmeny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zameriavame sa na d\u00e1ta z&nbsp;dru\u017eice <a href=\"https:\/\/dataspace.copernicus.eu\/data-collections\/copernicus-sentinel-data\/sentinel-2\">Sentinel 2<\/a> a zauj\u00edma n\u00e1s kond\u00edcia veget\u00e1cie v&nbsp;mest\u00e1ch. Do projektu sa m\u00f4\u017eu zapoji\u0165 z\u00e1ujemcovia z&nbsp;verejnej spr\u00e1vy a po dohode vieme mesto\/obec zahrn\u00fa\u0165 do monitorovan\u00fdch oblast\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u010casov\u00fd v\u00fdvoj veget\u00e1cie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pomocou kombin\u00e1cie \u0161pecifick\u00fdch vlnov\u00fdch d\u013a\u017eok v&nbsp;\u010dervenej a infra\u010dervenej oblasti vieme sledova\u0165 koncentr\u00e1ciu chlorofylu, a teda vyhodnoti\u0165 stav veget\u00e1cie. Na\u0161a pilotn\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia sleduje dva reprezentat\u00edvne sektory Trnavy. Jedn\u00fdm je park ktor\u00e9mu dominuj\u00fa stromy. Druh\u00fd sektor zah\u0155\u0148a \u010das\u0165 s\u00eddliska kde je veget\u00e1ciou preva\u017ene tr\u00e1va. Meriame hodnotu tzv. NDVI (Normalised Difference Vegetation Index) indexu, ktor\u00fd vyjadruje mno\u017estvo chlorofilu v&nbsp;sledovanom v\u00fdseku mesta. Priemerujeme NDVI hodnotu od 1.&nbsp;marca do konca okt\u00f3bra od roku 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nasleduj\u00face grafy zobrazuj\u00fa ako sa roky 2018 a\u017e 2021 chovali ve\u013emi podobne, ale ve\u013emi such\u00fd rok 2022 vykazuje siln\u00fd pokles NDVI hodnoty od za\u010diatku roka. Rok 2023 sa zatia\u013e chov\u00e1 podone ako roky 2018 a\u017e 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/atri.mtf.stuba.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/trnava_ndvi_1_cut1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/atri.mtf.stuba.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/trnava_ndvi_1_cut2-1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V nasleduj\u00facom obr\u00e1zku je priame porovnanie jednotliv\u00fdch rokov. Profil n\u00e1rastu veget\u00e1cie je ve\u013emi podobn\u00fd. Od marca do j\u00fana NDVI hodnota st\u00fapa a po kulmin\u00e1cii za\u010d\u00edna mierne klesa\u0165. Predpoklad\u00e1me, \u017ee pokles je sp\u00f4soben\u00fd tepl\u00fdm letom a postupn\u00fdm vysychan\u00edm. Najv\u00fdraznej\u0161ie to je vidie\u0165 v&nbsp;pr\u00edpade tr\u00e1vnatej pokr\u00fdvky, ktor\u00fa nechr\u00e1ni stromov\u00e1 vrstva. Pokles pokra\u010duje do augusta, a potom s\u00fa d\u00e1ta rozpt\u00fdlen\u00e9. Bu\u010f klesn\u00fa alebo sa vr\u00e1tia pribli\u017ene na kulmina\u010dn\u00fa hodnotu spred leta. Chovanie od augusta z\u00e1visi pravdepodobne od mno\u017estva zr\u00e1\u017eok.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/atri.mtf.stuba.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/trnava_ndvi_2_cut1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/atri.mtf.stuba.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/trnava_ndvi_2_cut2.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rok 2022 sa choval ve\u013emi podobne, ak\u00farat za\u010diatok v&nbsp;marci bol v\u00fdrazne rozdielny. \u010eal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj a\u017e po j\u00fal je \u0161tandardn\u00fd vzh\u013eadom na ostatn\u00e9 roky. V&nbsp;j\u00faly NDVI dosahuje najni\u017e\u0161\u00edch hodn\u00f4t v&nbsp;porovnan\u00ed s&nbsp;ostatn\u00fdmi rokmi. Tu sucho kulminovalo. N\u00e1stup zr\u00e1\u017eok ku koncu leta situ\u00e1ciu zlep\u0161il a NDVI vyst\u00fapal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00ednosom anal\u00fdzy je zaznamenanie n\u00edzkych hodn\u00f4t NDVI u\u017e na za\u010diatku monitorovania such\u00e9ho roku 2022, a to v&nbsp;marci. \u010ci je tento prejav priamo spojen\u00fd s&nbsp;nast\u00e1vaj\u00facim suchom v&nbsp;lete nevieme, ale m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 indik\u00e1torom celkovej kond\u00edcie veget\u00e1cie v&nbsp;nast\u00e1vaj\u00facom roku. Ak je to tak, tak sucho v&nbsp;roku 2022 sa dalo predv\u00edda\u0165 hne\u010f po zime. To by znamenalo, \u017ee p\u00f4vod sucha nie je ani v&nbsp;zr\u00e1\u017ekach po\u010das monitorovacieho obdobia, ale sk\u00f4r v&nbsp;zime. Rok 2023 sa zatia\u013e chov\u00e1 podone ako roky 2018 a\u017e 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na \u010fal\u0161om grafe porovn\u00e1vame NDVI d\u00e1ta s&nbsp;priemern\u00fdm zr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00fdm \u00fahrnom zo SHMU. Zrovn\u00e1vame NDVI hodnotu s&nbsp;priemerom zr\u00e1\u017eok za nieko\u013eko vybran\u00fdch mesiacov. Kombinujeme mesiace od okt\u00f3bra (10) v&nbsp;predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facom roku do marca (03) analyzovan\u00e9ho roku. Podobn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj ako je profil NDVI hodn\u00f4t vykazuj\u00fa zr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00e9 \u00fahrny ak je zahrnut\u00fd za\u010diatok roka (mesiace 01, 02 a 03). \u010ci\u017ee ak vezmeme koniec predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho roka (d\u00e1ta 10-12), tak v\u00fdvoj zr\u00e1\u017eok nepopisuje situ\u00e1ciu dobre, obsahuje lok\u00e1lne siln\u00e9 minimum v&nbsp;roku 2019, ktor\u00e9 nie je na NDVI d\u00e1tach vidie\u0165. Ke\u010f prid\u00e1vame mesiace zo za\u010diatku roka (d\u00e1ta 10-01, 10-02, 10-03), tak pokles v&nbsp;roku 2022 je v\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed. Zo \u0161t\u00fadie vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee sucho v&nbsp;roku 2022, alebo aspo\u0148 n\u00edzke NDVI hodnoty na za\u010diatku roka, je silne ovplyvnen\u00e9 slabou zr\u00e1\u017ekovou \u010dinnos\u0165ou v&nbsp;mesiacoch janu\u00e1r a\u017e marec.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/atri.mtf.stuba.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/trnava_ndvi_3_cut1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e1ta 01-03 a 12-03 vykazuj\u00fa pokles u\u017e od roku 2021 \u010do ale nie je vidie\u0165 na v\u00fdvoji NDVI. Len\u017ee d\u00e1ta 10-12 a\u017e 10-03 vykazuj\u00fa ve\u013ek\u00e9 maximum pr\u00e1ve v&nbsp;roku 2021. Je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed zr\u00e1\u017ekov\u00fd \u00fahrn v&nbsp;mesiacoch janu\u00e1r a\u017e marec v&nbsp;roku 2021 bol kompenzovan\u00fd zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdmi zr\u00e1\u017ekami ku koncu roka 2020 v&nbsp;mesiacoch okt\u00f3ber a\u017e december. Rok 2022 tak\u00fato kompenz\u00e1ciu o\u010dividne nemal. Z&nbsp;toho usudzujeme, \u017ee vplyv jesenn\u00fdch mesiacov je tie\u017e d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pozorovanie Zeme Od roku 2021 sme za\u010dali hlb\u0161ie sk\u00fama\u0165 mo\u017enosti pozorovania Zeme pomocou satelitov Sentinel z&nbsp;programu Copernicus.
